Design Services - K-ED offers a full array of design services to take your concept to a working product. We specialize in prototype development, design for manufacture, cost reduction and re-engineerring.  We follow a proven seven step approach to ensure our final design matches your specifications.

Contract Manufacturing - K-ED specializes in all forms of electronics assembly and manufacturing.  We have experience with wire harnesses, assemblies, sub-assemblies, circuit boards and full system integration.  We have high-end capability including manufacturing as small as 0201 component size.  We work to deliver high quality finished product with a low level of re-work and scrap.

Materials Treatment - K-ED operates the only commercially available Cryochamber in the state of Kentucky.  Our system offers treatment from -300 to 550 degrees and to Mil Spec uniformity for both cryo treatment and heat tempering.  Treatment of tools, electronic components and other devices can increase their strength and extend their life.  Click Here for test results of Cryo-treatment.
