In 2003, KNIGHT-ED, LLC (K-ED) was formed by Mark Knight and Larry Prinssen.  K-ED delivers complete design and manufacturing services and solutions to support the entire life cycle of complex electronic products.  We provide design and value add engineering services, quick-turn prototype development, printed circuit board assembly and testing, electronic interconnect assemblies, subassemblies, and full systems integration (box build) services.

K-ED's Competitive strengths include the ability to design, engineer and manufacture highly complex products in short cycle times with smaller lot sizes (referred to as "low volume high mix and complex system integration").  The company's growth strategy emphasizes the capture of turnkey work by providing customers with support through the entire manufacturing process; starting with engineering and design for manufacturability through material procurement, final assembly and testing.
