Mark Knight, President & Founder

Mark brings a wealth of telecommunications & technology integration experience to Knight-ED.  Prior to starting K-ED, Mark was President of PCB Assembly, a specialty electronic components company that developed quality sub assemblies for companies in the networking, consumer products and security areas. Before that, Mark had a successful company that provided design and project management to ATT Wireless Services. Mark was also instrumental in the installation of the DBRITE (Digital Brite Radar Interface Equipment) to improve communications and air safety in mixed air traffic control environments and with the upgrade of communication at the White Sands Missile Range.  Mark got his start in the electronics business serving in US Army Intelligence and developed innovative communications and field installation techniques for digital control stations.

Lawrence Prinssen - Director, Business Development & Founder

Larry brings a vast and results-oriented track record of successful business development and marketing expertise to K-ED. Larry joined K-ED from PowerCart, Inc., a leading privately-held supplier of mobile powered workstations for the retail and healthcare industry, where he served as Director of Business Development and Partner Relations.

Previously, Larry was with Lexmark International, a world wide supplier of printers and related products and held a variety of positions in Marketing and Business Development with in the retail vertical. Prior to that, he was with IBM Corporation and held a variety of positions including Partner Relations Manager and Marketing Projects Manager.
